Do we need another blog? For a long time I thought the answer to this was “No,” but then I would teach a gluten-free baking class. During my classes, students always ask awesome questions. Most of the questions focus on the basics, “How do I…?” Questions that I knew would benefit the gluten-free baking community at large. <p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">I already run a web site called <a href="http://www.glutenfreebaking.com/">GlutenFreeBaking.com</a>. So, why a new site? Well, <a href="http://www.glutenfreebaking.com/">GlutenFreeBaking.com</a> covers everything: recipes, reviews, a discussion board, etc. I want a place that focused on the basics. The little tips, recipes and hints that make gluten-free baking easy. Hence, Gluten-Free Baking 101 was born!</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">In this blog, I’ll attempt to simplify gluten-free baking and cooking.
